Terms of Use

This page sets out what can honestly be said about using www.bathurstsheds.com. It describes how the site is built and what happens when a visitor clicks a link, and nothing beyond that.

Structure

Every page here is a file prepared in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing a visitor does here can create, submit or store anything on this domain.

The pages a reader can reach are fixed at build time: the published sitemap lists a single address. Each page carries a publication and modification date in its structured data, and that modification date matches the one the sitemap publishes, so a reader can see exactly when this version of the text was issued. Requesting an address that does not exist returns a page marked so that search engines ignore it, and that page forwards the visitor straight back to the home page rather than becoming a page of its own. Everything a page needs to display — its styles, scripts, fonts and images — is served from this same domain, with no outside server contacted while the page loads.

Links

This site does not run any gambling service itself. Where a link points toward an operator, it never opens that operator directly: it is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and passes the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, and every one of them leads outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as sponsored and opens in a separate tab, so the reader always knows before clicking that the destination is not this site.

Once that redirect completes, the relationship the reader has is with the operator's own site, not with this one. Anything promised, offered or represented from that point forward belongs to the destination, not to this page.

Limits

There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything through this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to govern. A terms page normally exists to describe such things; this build simply does not contain them.

The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence means these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to write to, because no such channel was built. Naming one here would be inventing a promise the site cannot keep.

For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction, no age threshold, no licence and no dispute procedure. None of those were part of what was built, so none of them can honestly be asserted. The only terms that actually bind a reader once a link is followed are the ones published by the site the redirect leads to, and those are worth reading before anything else on that destination.
